Travel tips for tackling the climate crisis

Tourism and its climate impacts are more talked about than ever before. As an activist travel company we want to encourage exploration of our planet in a way that minimises harm as much as possible. However, we also know that, as a traveller, navigating the advice, tips and science around the climate crisis can be daunting. Here we aim to provide useful guidance to help you choose a responsible holiday in a way that is mindful of the impacts on the planet whilst also being a more enjoyable, relaxing experience too.

You’ll find tips and advice on how to reduce the emissions of your holiday before and during your trip; flying less; our views on carbon offsetting; information on transport methods such as trains, cruises, electric cars and the future of electric planes; as well as information and ideas around the possible carbon labelling of holidays to help us make better holiday choices.
